What is the job role?

Broad Heath is an inner-city school supporting 680+ fantastic pupils.

We are a seeking passionate, resilient, and ambitious teaching assistant to join our school and inspire a generation of children.

You will be joining a three-form entry school, which benefits from shared planning and responsibilities within the year group, with a year leader to support you.

We continue to prioritise opportunities for professional growth and additional training.

The role will be class-based, working in either KS1 or 2 (depending upon your expertise), alongside a year group team of 3 teachers and 3 Tas. You will deliver a full and exciting curriculum, provide bespoke support for individuals and whole year group interventions where needed,

Your passions can come through by leading one of our Friday afternoon Skills Academy sessions (see our Prospectus for more info)

Work Pattern

35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
