What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Have recent, relevant and successful experience in a primary school setting
  • Build and maintain successful working relationships with pupils
  • Support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs
  • Want to make a real difference
  • Promote good behaviour and deal promptly with conflicts and incidents
  • Utilise strategies to support pupils in achieving learning goals.
  • Have experience of working with children of different ages (3 to 11 desirable) ​​
  • Have up to date knowledge of good practice in Primary Education​​
  • Have an understanding of and commitment to Equal Opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice
