Teaching Assistant Grade 2 – Full Time
32.5 hours per week. 6.5 hours per day
Salary Scale TA2 - Spinal Column Point 5 - Term Time Only
We are looking to appoint a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our small, friendly team to support a Year 2 child with down syndrome. Experience and/or training in working 1:1 with a child would be advantageous. The role would involve working closely with the class teacher.
Required to start as soon as possible, an enthusiastic, caring and reliable person to join our happy, supportive staff team at Rushwick CofE Primary School. The applicant needs to be flexible as the role may involve a mixture of working in Foundation Stage, KS1 or KS2 classes, or 1:1 with specific children with SEN. The role will include lunchtime duties. The successful candidate will need to have:

Previous experience of working in primary schools is desirable, but not essential.
