Teaching Assistant job summary

Teaching Assistant Caistor Yarborough Academy G3 pts 6-9 annual wage £16,144 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks + 5 training days Required to asap.

Caistor Yarborough Academy is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join the team. We are looking for someone who has: 

• Experience of working with students providing one to one, small group, or in class support;

• Experience of delivering academic or social interventions;

 • High expectations of themselves and others, and who works well in a team; 

• A genuine passion for engaging with young people of all ages and can establish positive relationships including with disengaged students; 

• A positive outlook, and can reflect the Academy ethos of ‘Excellence for All’; 

• Experience of using a wide range of inclusive methodologies and approaches; 

• Ability to assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the SENCO and class teachers. In return, we can offer:
