What skills and experience we're looking for
- Clear and simple communication skills suited for young children.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and teachers.
- High levels of patience and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Empathy to understand and respond to the needs of children.
- Strong organisational skills to manage classroom materials and activities.
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and child safety protocols
- Adaptability
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different children and classroom situations
