What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic support assistant to work both 1:1 and also with small groups of children within school. The successful applicant will be creative, engaging and demonstrate an understanding of the expectations within the classroom. They will also be a great team player, good communicator and dedicated to raising the achievement of our children.
