Teaching Assistant job summary
We’re looking for resilient, determined and proactive individuals to join our school. They will support our wonderful pupils to access the curriculum and succeed. This support may include 1:1 intervention group work, or classroom support depending on our need and the skills that candidates possess.
The correct candidate will be supported in their training to ensure they can further support our pupils. The correct candidate will be rewarded by supporting a warm, happy and engaging diverse school community. You will be supported in this by working closely with class teachers and senior leaders.
You will understand the importance of communicating with other professionals and also the families of pupils.
You’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
We are determined to support our colleagues to develop and will incorporate CPD appropriate to the role. This is a fantastic opportunity to be rewarded by supporting the learning of a really warm and kind pupil.
