The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support high-quality SEND provision across the school

• Champion inclusive practice so that all learners can thrive

• Contribute to a strong culture of safeguarding, vigilance, and care

• Work closely with teachers, families, and external professionals

• Support learners’ individual needs through guidance, encouragement, and practical assistance

• Help ensure learner wellbeing, voice, and personal development remain central to school life

We are looking for someone who is:

• Kind, patient, understanding, and highly empathetic

• Adaptable and solution-focused in their approach

• Committed to putting learners at the heart of every decision

• An excellent communicator and supportive team member

• Experienced in working with children and young people with SEND (or keen to develop in this area)
