Teaching Assistant job summary
Cornwallis are expanding and looking to welcome a Teaching Assistant who will work primarily with students whom have additional educational needs and those who can, at times, display challenging behaviour. You will need to have the ability and confidence to motivate and encourage students who have learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties whilst demonstrating empathy and an understanding of their needs.
