What skills and experience we're looking for

Roman Hill Primary is a large primary school at the heart of the town of Lowestoft in Suffolk. We are currently on a journey to transform our school and are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be likely to be working in Early Years initially, but flexibility to potentially work in other Key Stages in the future is required.

You will:

• Have experience of supporting children;
• Be patient, nurturing and empathetic;
• Demonstrate initiative, drive and dedication towards helping pupils learn;
• Be able to form positive professional relationships with parents and families.

Experience within a similar role would be advantageous, though not essential.

GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent) is required.
