About the role:

We are looking to recruit a teaching assistant who will support our students across the whole school with SEND. This post will commence as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people with diverse challenges in education, develop their skills and improve life chances. Various hours available. This post is initially for a fixed term until Easter 2024.

The successful candidate will:

• be inspirational – able to engage our students and create an

atmosphere of enthusiasm in the specialist laboratories

• be determined to get the very best out of our students, seeing

them reach their full potential

• have a genuine passion for supporting student’s needs
• ideally have an understanding of EHCP plans
