What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a teaching assistant to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will work in the afternoons – starting at 12:00 to cover lunchtime – then supporting our children in the afternoons as they access therapeutic interventions.

The successful candidate should be resilient, flexible and enthusiastic. We are looking for someone with experience working in schools, but an ability to develop positive relationships with children who often present with challenging behaviour is much more important.
