VACANCY FOR TEACHING ASSISTANTS
TRUMPINGTON PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL

These are term-time only roles – part-time or full-time, up to 32.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, core school hours are between 8am and 4pm
Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 4 - 5 (Level 1-2 TA)
£16,822 - £17,386 (Actual Salary per year)
Plus midday supervisor contract, 5 hours per week £2545 - £2,588 (Grade 3)

You will be part of a very friendly team working in our wonderful classrooms supporting the children’s learning either on a whole class, small group or one-to-one basis. These are varied, fun and fulfilling roles where you will be making a difference to the children’s learning and you will see their progress every day! An element of your duties will also include preparation of fantastic teaching resources/class displays and will also include midday supervision during the children’s lunchbreak.

The ideal candidate:
- Will have achieved GCSE English & Maths Grade C (4/5) or above or equivalent
- Has some experience of supporting children in Key Stages One/Two.
- Will possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team
- Demonstrates an understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
