Working hours: Term-time plus staff development days (39 weeks per year)
31.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.15pm)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Teaching Assistant's of exceptional ability to join our team at Ditton Church of England Junior School.
We can offer you a friendly 'family' ethos, a well resourced working environment, a staff team that is caring and committed to ensuring children's maximum achievement.
We need someone who has high expectations and a drive to improve outcomes for our learners. The applicant should be a good team player but also be self motivated and able to act upon their own initiative. The ideal applicant should have a good understanding of child development and of how children learn and be able to enthuse, engage and challenge children in their learning journey. High standards of personal numeracy and literacy are expected in order that our pupils benefit from these when being supported.
Visits to the school are strongly recommended.
