Longspee Secondary is a
Specialist Provision for Autistic young people, some of whom may have
associated SEMH needs. We offer a rich and high-quality learning experience for

and achieve a successful adult life.
To happily thrive in the role
of a Teaching Assistant, you will be resourceful and creative, highly resilient
and able to work well as a member of a high-quality team. You will also be able
to relate well with others, demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and
communication skills, and have a good sense of positive humour. In addition,
you will be able to demonstrate an understanding that success at Longspee
Secondary is achieved by developing the excellence and independence of others,
with a mindset of growth, consistency and excellence.
