Teaching Assistant job summary

We require a dedicated, enthusiastic and supportive individual to join our friendly and professional team. We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of a teaching assistant who can offer:

Experience of working with children

Confidence to support children within a whole class setting and lead small groups and 1:1 sessions

Works well as part of a team

Is able to contribute towards creative and inspirational learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom

Has high expectations and is passionate about finding ways to enable children to reach their full potential

Is able to quickly form positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

Is able to support the pastoral and wellbeing needs of children in their care
