What skills and experience we're looking for
Our ideal candidate has:
- Recent, relevant and successful experience working in a primary setting
- A specialism in EAL, or a desire to become an EAL specialist
- The drive to learn, to develop and to improve how things are done
- A commitment to making a real difference in supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
