What skills and experience we're looking for

Great Hollands Primary School is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant, with Early Years’ experience.

The successful candidate will be hard working and committed, with the ability to inspire, motivate and encourage children.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • the ability to respond appropriately to the wide-ranging needs of the pupils, particularly Early Years children.
  • the ability to adapt the learning according to the children’s needs.
  • the ability to deal with challenging pupil behaviour in an effective and supportive way
  • A caring and patient disposition
  • Flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative
