Providing additional support for the class teacher

Helping a child to engage in education and learning

Making school a fun, caring and nurturing environment for the child that you support

Working with a range of professionals to support the child’s needs to ensure outcomes are met.

The successful applicants must have:

You must possess excellent communication skills and have a real willingness to support both the learning, social, emotional and behavioural needs of children.

Experience of working in a school environment

Proven skills in delivering intervention programmes

Is a reflective and flexible practitioner

Excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents

A willingness to partake in on-going training and development as needed
