What skills and experience we're looking for

Armley Park Primary School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our strong school team and support teaching and learning in school. This is a permanent, term-time only appointment. The age group for this role is EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 - the specific year group will be decided depending on the candidate's experience and expertise.


This post is to support specific children in class, or support children at a whole class level. This vacancy will suit candidates who are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and have the best outcomes for children at heart.

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a team with staff, parents and external agencies;
