What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in supporting children who find school and learning difficult. If you are committed to making a difference to children’s lives and believe you could work alongside our dedicated All Saints family in a well resourced setting, we would love to hear from you.
As a Nurture Practitioner, the successful applicant at our school will:
- Work closely with class teachers to plan, deliver and evaluate intervention programmes and lessons to groups of children
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Work on your own initiative and within a team
- Remain calm and respond sensitively to individual needs
- work with small groups and individual children in the Nurture setting and in mainstream classes
- Focus on specific areas of learning to meet children’s individual needs
- Contribute to the overall provision of SEND along side the SEND Lead

All Saints Church of England Primary School is a very successful School located at the heart of the diverse community of Chatham, Kent. The main school has 315 children on roll from Reception to Year 6 and the nursery has a capacity for 60 more.
The last Ofsted inspection graded the school “good” with outstanding features and our last Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) concurred by grading the school as ‘good’ as well.
