We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work at Fosse Way School, a school for children aged 4-19, who have an Education, Health and Care plan. The postholder will be based at the ST2 unit at Writhlington School.
The post holders’ responsibilities include providing general classroom support, the meeting of pupils’ emotional, social and physical needs and liaising with teaching staff in the development and delivery of a differentiated curriculum.
Applicants will need to be confident, resilient and have excellent communication skills. Experience of working with children would be an advantage. We are a hard-working and enthusiastic team who enjoy the challenges and opportunities of working within a school environment.
