Confidentiality and professionalism are key attributes for this role. Suitable training will be provided to develop specific qualities which will emerge as the successful candidates start the role.

Gorsemoor Primary School are seeking to appoint two highly motivated, reliable and professional Teaching Assistants to support Teaching and Learning within school, from January 2023. Further details about the role

Successful candidates will possess good literacy and numeracy skills, the ability to work effectively with pupils and their parents/carers and have a good level of IT skills. Experience of using CPOMS is desirable, however full training will be provided. Experience of working with pupils, within an educational setting, providing pastoral support is essential. The successful candidate would need to be familiar with providing structured interventions and be confident in working with staff, parents and outside agencies concerning their implementation.
