Teaching Assistant, Grade 3 job summary
Contract Type: Part-Time (19.5 hours per week over 3 days) However, we would consider full time. (32.50 hours per week over 5 days) This is a permanent position.
Location: Bailey Street Alternative Provision Academy, Stafford.
Bailey Street Alternative Provision Academy is part of The Manor Hall Trust and is an 11-16 school for pupils who have been permanently excluded or at risk of exclusion from the Stafford and South Staffordshire districts.
Teaching Assistant and Literacy support
Reading Support for KS3/KS4 pupils.
Do you have a passion for reading and would be interested in supporting our young people with their reading and literacy across all subjects?
We are recruiting for a teaching assistant to deliver specific reading intervention programmes on a 1:1 and small group basis and also general classroom support.
We are seeking a committed, knowledgeable and creative professional to join our school. You will be responsible for the school’s beautiful library in an operational and strategic capacity, and will also provide in-class and small-group support to pupils. You will deliver a proven reading intervention programme to our pupils at Bailey Street.
The Role
