    As a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant you will offer more than classroom support. You will make connections, develop relationships and lead our pupils on the path to a bright future.

    This will include working under the guidance of a teacher to support the academic and personal development of children throughout the school day. This includes:

    • Getting the classroom ready for lessons
    • Listening to children read
    • Helping those who need extra support
    • Preparing resources
    • Completing records
    • Leading small and whole class group work
