Teaching Assistant- Grade 4 job summary
Monks Coppenhall Academy are looking for an outstanding practitioner who is experienced in working with children who have Special Educational Needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a child with an Education, Health and Care Plan within the Academy. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and the position will involve regular communication with parents and staff.
The role entails you supporting the child in the mainstream classroom and working in line with the provision detailed in their Education, Health and Care Plan. This position will allow you to work as part of a supportive team.
Experience of working with Early Years or primary aged children with special educational needs is essential.
The hours will be 9:00 am- 1:00pm 5 days a week.
Monks Coppenhall Academy & Day Nursery is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. The appointment will only be confirmed after successful DBS checks and relevant safeguarding checks have been carried out.
