Governors wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our small school team. The person appointed will be enthusiastic, hardworking and have experience of working with children within a wide ability range including those on the autistic spectrum. They will have great interpersonal skills with both staff, pupils and parents and really get to know the children and how to engage them in the work of the class and work closely with the class teacher. They will have had experience of delivering the phonics programme and be familiar with other interventions which support and promote our children’s progress.
