What skills and experience we're looking for
WE ARE SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL WHO:
• Is able to work closely and effectively within a team in a friendly school
• Has high expectations of what children can achieve and how they should behave • Has an understanding of how children learn and play
• Can work under pressure with good time management skills
• Has resilience, enthusiasm, patience, flexibility and a caring manner Updated June 23
• Has experience in working in a school setting, with the ability to engage and enthuse children
• Has GCSE Grade C (or grade 4/5) in English and Maths (NVQ 2 or similar desirable)
