What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support the inclusion and learning of student(s) with Special Educational Needs and/or a Disability in line with Hayes policy and practice, and the Equalities Act 2010.
The role will be to work across the school, as directed by the SENCO/Assistant SENCO, to support a range of students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability.
You
will need to demonstrate a professional approach in all aspects of work with
colleagues, students and parents/carers and to be a role model to students,
demonstrating a positive and problem solving approach at all times.
