Teaching Assistant job summary

ONE CLASS TEACHING ASSISTANT and ONE 1:1 SUPPORT TEACHING ASSISTANT

– permanent subject to six months’ probation – starting September 2022

Salary Grade:Scale point 2 £18,516 (pro rata). Actual £12,800)

Hours:30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

Thank you for your interest in the post of Teaching Assistant at our school. We are in need of a class-based Teaching Assistant and a 1:1 support Teaching Assistant, to work alongside children with a range of needs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant with a passion and drive to support children. Experience or knowledge of working with children with a range of needs is an advantage. Our children are looking for a committed individual who is highly organised and can inspire learning.
