About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our Team at Hill Farm Primary. We are seeking an inspiring and excellent Teaching Assistant who is dedicated to supporting our pupils' learning and development, particularly through one-to-one interactions.

The Successful Applicant Will:

  • Be an excellent practitioner with a passion for supporting teaching and learning in the classroom.
  • Engage, enthuse, and motivate pupils, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff while also being able to work independently when required.
  • Assist in delivering a curriculum that inspires and engages pupils, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
  • Be a committed, highly competent, energised, reflective, and resilient individual who can adapt to the dynamic classroom environment.
  • Provide focused one-to-one support to pupils, particularly those who may require additional help, ensuring they receive the personal attention and challenge needed to progress.
  • Support the development of independent learning skills, helping pupils to manage their own learning and encouraging them to take ownership of their tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils to enhance their school experience and overall wellbeing.
