The EAL base provides a safe and inspiring environment, and we are looking for someone with the expertise to support our EAL learners on their arrival at Hillside and to help them navigate their way through school, while also delivering both support and tuition to accelerate their learning of English. The role involves working closely with our Higher Level EAL TA, parents and staff to offer the best support possible to enable our EAL learners to access the curriculum and reach their true potential. If you have the empathy, experience, and the drive to make a real difference to lives of young people, we would love to hear from you.
