What skills and experience we're looking for
You will need:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status or an equivalent qualification;
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, equivalent to GCSE grade C in English and Maths;
- A good standard written and spoken English;
- Experience of working across the primary age range within a school environment including intervention groups and whole class teaching
- Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation
- A clear understanding of the National Curriculum
