What skills and experience we're looking for

You will need:

  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status or an equivalent qualification;
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, equivalent to GCSE grade C in English and Maths;
  • A good standard written and spoken English;
  • Experience of working across the primary age range within a school environment including intervention groups and whole class teaching
  • Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation
  • A clear understanding of the National Curriculum
