We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will:

  • Provide catch-up support to small groups of children.
  • Deliver targeted interventions within and beyond the classroom.
  • Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Contribute to a culture of high expectations and compassionate care.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a particular strength in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • has values that align with the values and ethos of a Church school;
  • has a good understanding of pupils’ needs and development and how children learn; Can work confidently with individuals and small groups, including those with SEND.
  • Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Has excellent communication skills and a good grasp of English and Maths.
  • Is committed to nurturing the whole child—intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
