What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our Dyslexia Centre team. The successful candidate would be expected to:

  • Have a knowledge of, or experience of, working with students with dyslexia
  • Support a range of students with literacy, numeracy and behavioural needs across all year groups
  • Support students in class and on a one to one basis
  • Liaise with and report to the Head of the Dyslexia Centre and class teachers
  • Be able and willing to work as a team
  • Be able to work under direction and on own initiative
