We are looking to welcome a new member to our friendly team in the role of a Teaching Assistant working primarily with SEND pupils as 1:1 support.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupilswithin the classroom
- Providing pupil specific interventions linked to SEN & EHC targets
- Building a working partnership with the parents/carers of key pupils
- Contributing to progress meetings regarding the pupil(s) supported
- Supporting pupils well-being needs
We are looking for someone who:
- Is committed to personal and professional development
- Has experience of supporting pupils with well-being and mental health needs (ELSA)
- Has aspirational beliefs for all children
- Able to demonstrate or be willing to learn strategies to support pupils with SEND needs
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team
- Will embody our values of kind, prepared, safe

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
