You will:

- be committed to building strong parental and professional links

- Have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English

- Have direct experience of working with children with additional learning needs and/or willingness to undertake specialist training.

You will be expected to show a strong commitment towards developing inclusive learning opportunities for the children and the flexibility to work across the Key Stages.

Further details about the role

The Headteacher and the Governors wish to appoint a highly professional, energetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support and work in partnership with our qualified teachers within our Specialist Resourced Provision for children with social communication needs, including autism. The roles will include lunchtime responsibilities.

Knollmead Primary School is a single form intake primary school with Nursery and Specialist Provision and is part of the Coombe Academy Trust. Coombe Academy Trust comprises three Nursery and primary Schools, two Secondary Schools and a joint sixth form. In addition, within our schools we have five Specialist Resource Provisions.
