We know that excellent teaching and learning do not happen without excellent professional development – a key feature of Southfields’ ethos.

As we continue to develop and relentlessly deliver the very best, we are looking for a TA to join our Key Stage One Team as soon as possible. The position will be class-based and will involve working with individual pupils, and small groups and delivering high-quality interventions.

What is the job role?

Either way, we ask that you are open to professional development, love learning and ultimately share our passion to keep innovating to provide better experiences and outcomes for our children. In return, we will guarantee the best possible professional development in the role to ensure you thrive in your chosen career.
