Grade 4 Point 5-7 (£18,609- £19,205 actual salary per annum)

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate must have a good understanding and experience within the Early Years foundation stage and and read write phonics would be desirable. They must be a positive, cheerful team player have a growth mindset attitude and a willingness to learn. They must also be passionate about children's learning and wellbeing.

In addition we also expect excellent skills in English and Maths (GCSE C or equivalent) and other curriculum areas. The candidate should have high expectations of the pupils and of themselves, they should have already achieved or in the process of achieving Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
