The successful candidate will: -

  • Work alongside the class teacher, SENDCo and outside agencies to deliver individualised programmes of work.
  • Be able to support the pupil’s social and emotional needs.
  • Wish to be involved in the life of the school as a whole.
  • Have an interest in their own professional development.
  • Have experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
