The successful candidate will: -
- Be enthusiastic and dedicated to working as part of our school team.
- Have a friendly, calm and caring attitude.
- Work alongside the class teacher, SENDCo and outside agencies to deliver individualised programmes of work.
- Be able to support the pupil’s social and emotional needs.
- Wish to be involved in the life of the school as a whole.
- Have an interest in their own professional development.
- Have experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
