What skills and experience we're looking for
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in supporting children, including those with additional needs, to foster and maintain children’s interest in learning - addressing misunderstandings and misconceptions.
- Provide sensitive and empathetic pastoral support to all children.
- Provide stretch and challenge to all children to raise aspirations and attainment.
- Promote high standards of achievement and progress for all children.
- Promote high standards of behaviour for all children.
