Teaching Assistant L2 - St Andrews CE Primary School (Shifnal) job summary

St Andrew’s Church of England Primary School is an aspirational, happy and outward looking Church School, with a real sense of community. The Governors are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant who will be working in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate should have: • NVQ certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning Level 2 or above or certificate of similar standard. • Have an understanding of children with special educational needs. Experience of working in a KS1 setting is desirable. • A real commitment to working with children and those who impact their lives and educational experience including parents/carers and a range of multi-agency professionals.
