What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking committed individuals who:
- Have experience of working in schools and supporting children with SEND • Have experience and the confidence to work with visiting professionals • Are able to use their own initiative and are able to adapt the planning/session where required for the individual child • Can communicate well with young children • Have the drive to support children to make excellent progress and to reach their full potential
- May have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in an Early years setting
