The Board of Trustees wish to provide an opportunity for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (Level 1). We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to become part of our school team. The post holder will be based at Carlyle Infant and Nursery Academy.
The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 15 schools under the Trust umbrella. The successful candidates will:
Willingness to complete Department for Education Teaching Assistant Induction Programme
Literacy and Numeracy skills equivalent to Level 1 of the National Qualification & Credit Framework
Willingness to achieve a Paediatric First Aid certificate
Experience of Working with, volunteering or caring for children of a relevant age to those in the school
Communication skills to exchange information to a range of audiences including pupils, teachers, other school colleagues and parents/carers
Team-work skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these
