Our Lady and St Paul’s are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 1. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust

We are seeking an individual who:
- Has experience of working with children in a paid or voluntary capacity/ in an educational setting
- Has an awareness and basic knowledge of school curriculum (within specific age range)
- Has the ability to liaise sensitively and effectively with parents and carers, recognising role in pupils’ learning
- Has the ability to work effectively within a team environment, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities
- Has the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all pupils and colleagues
