Due to the continuing growth of this highly successful school and college, we are looking for Level 1 Teaching Assistants who:

We are particularly interested in recruiting staff with experience of:
- Supporting students with autism
- Working with both child and adult learners
- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs
What the school offers its staff
Brentwood School and Community College specialise in the education of students with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex needs and autism. Brentwood benefits from state-of-the-art facilities which include a 11-19 school and post- 19 college.
We are also interested in recruiting graduates who are considering a career in teaching, social work, speech and language therapy or occupational therapy. We will provide a comprehensive training programme to equip you with the skills required to work with young people with a range of needs.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing CPD for all staff.
