Teaching Assistant Level 2

32 hours per week, term time only

9.00am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 3.30pm Friday

Fixed term contract to 31st August 2025 in first instance

Band C, £24,790 – £25,992 pro rata to hours/weeks worked,

actual salary £18,441.36 - £19,335.53

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Teaching Assistant to join our Academy and support our students.

With a flexible approach, you will:-

Work under the direction and guidance of teaching / senior staff to support groups and individuals in their learning;

Work across the academy to deliver specific intervention programmes, for which training will be provided;

Assist teachers in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources;

You may also be required to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers;

Develop good relationships with staff, parents, carers and other professionals;

Contribute to the strong Catholic ethos of our Academies.
