What skills and experience we're looking for

GCSE Grade C 4 or above in both English & Maths

Understanding of classroom roles & responsibilities

Good communication skills oral and written

Experience of working with young people preferably in a school setting

Ability to use a range of technology to support the role

Ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders

Ability to work constructively as part of a team
