What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a practitioner with a Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent. Experience working 1:1 with a child with additional needs is desirable but not essential, as support and training will be provided. The successful candidate should be adaptable in your approach, be able to work on your own initiative, have a sense of humour, be a good team player and be creative and hard working.
