What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate must have a good understanding of the whole National curriculum, be a positive, cheerful, team player, have a growth mindset attitude and a willingness to learn. They must also be passionate about children's learning and wellbeing.

In addition, we also expect excellent skills in English and Maths (GSCE C or equivalent) and other curriculum areas. The candidate should have high expectations of the pupils and of themselves, they should have already achieved or in the process of achieving Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.

We will provide the successful candidate with a programme of training if required, to be part of a friendly dedicated team in a welcoming school community.
